Our sales team help to connect our award-winning products to the people who matter. They are the energy behind our brand and being part of our dynamic team will be an exciting, fulfilling challenge for anyone who joins us.

With a number of routes to market, sales roles are diverse. The non-residential channel includes public sector, education, healthcare and commercial spaces; the retail channel includes showrooms and direct sales; the trade channel includes trade counter customers and independents; and the residential and hotel channel includes national house builders, large hotel chains and boutique hotels.

To succeed in our sales department, you need to be self-motivated, passionate, smart, ambitious and a well-rounded individual. We’re looking for self-starters who don’t give up easily. You will enjoy working with a world-leading brand, be able to act as a good representative for the business, and be superb at building fruitful, lasting relationships with our clients. Your time will be spent working closely with architects, designers and buyers at the highest levels, so a confident attitude and great negotiating skills will be a valuable asset.

In terms of experience, we look for people with a consumer goods background, or those with experience in kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. More importantly though, having the right attitude and personality will help us determine whether you’re the right fit for our company – and whether we are the right fit for you!
